Although it's halfway through Round 3, I'm still surprising myself constantly... so here goes... (I'm adding in some from last Round too as they still amaze me)
- My biggest achievement, of course, was coming 1st Place for Lean and Strong, Round 2, 2011.... This may actually be my biggest surprise.... I actually don't know if I class this as an achievement as such, as I didn't work towards this as a goal.... I didn't think about it once while I was doing Round 2.....I like to think of it more of a recognition of the work that I had done.....
- Holding a wall sit for over 5 min (Round 2 - I'm now creeping closer to the 10min mark :) )
- Being able to do underhand close grip chin ups with relative ease at any given time
- 02/10/11 - I lasted a whole 90minute Spin/RPM class to raise money for the RSPCA. I personally raised $50 inc some donations from others to see if I could actually do chin ups. All up the class raised $250 to go to the animals :)
- 07/10/11 - 55 push ups off the toes in one minute
- 07/10/11 - I reached 14cm PASS my toes (stretch after EVERY workout people !!!!!)
- 08/10/11 - 50kg Squat x 12 reps
- 10/10/11 - I did 11 push ups off my toes with a clap off the bench. These are an Achilles Heel for me... I just don't seem to have explosive energy and was only able to pull of 1 or 2 at the most during Round 2.
- 11/10/11 - Rowing 1km in 4min 16sec (I was well over 5min when I first ever tried this)
